The Casket

The casket shown here I made for myself. Who would have thought of making their own box, well I did! I used cedar 2x4 and2x6 for the sides, ¾ inch plywood on the bottom and a French door with original glass for the lid.

Two coats of transmission fluid after flames and skulls were sandblasted and the exterior was done. I went with the black carpet on the floor inside and vinyl on the sides and inside the lid.

The six foot peg handles and stubs are removable so your pallbearers can take a set home for memory sake. The casket measurements are: 7' long, 28" wide and 19" high.  The approximate weight is 100 lbs. View more closeups of the casket in our photo gallery

The Cremation Urn

The cremation urns are available to order in hard brushed silver sheet metal or in the powder coated copper vein. These urns can also be customized to suit your needs in a variety of finishes. I used a sportster oil dipstick for the cap on one and a shiny reverse thread gas cap for the other. The pipe and skull stands are available as well. The pipe is off a new bagger, as you know that's the first to go when you buy your new ride. The skull is checker plate steel, powder coated copper vein.

 

Pipes

The pipes shown on the copper vein unit can be ignited by a spark plug set up, or you can use a torch and igniter like I did on this one.

It’s not really an option for sale with this unit. You can be guided in the right direction to do it yourself if desired.
